The Partner data source of truth was a 9 year old excel sheet when I joined the Nest Partnerships team. I executed a global sprint to organize, document, and communicate key information and establish a source of truth for Partnerships across all Google Home verticals.
Established controlled access database for partner data
Held global, cross functional sessions to establish and agree on a "Levels of service" to prioritize strategic engagement and scale torso+long tail processes
Established 2 scaling programs (executed in 2023) and a unified operating model for a targeted # of strategic engagements.
I executed a 2 month sprint to establish new tools, organize the data, and establish R&Rs across the team.
Established meaningful, customer-centric approach to deal stages
Held global, cross functional sessions to construct and agree on a consolidated deliverable for business+technical information: Reducing the deliverable count from 5 to 1 in early opp stages
Established Salesforce as source of truth for Opportunity data
I set out to assess needs, create a plan, and build relationships with cities to forward initiatives to create smart, efficient city transport
Created a Trusted Tester engagement process, feature matrix, early designs, and product roadmap. Led triage of early builds and issues with an engineering team
Maintained strong relationships with city planning agencies through product pivots, including Vancouver, Sydney, Dublin, NYC, and KC
Expanded account coverage +96% globally from 2016-2017, aiming to include more customers in key verticals and scale non-P0 work
Organized program assets like a Playbook, Technical Review template, Self-help guides, and Levels of Support approval and documentation - most of which are still used today
